Pictoral randomness II

Look how funny I look while signing in front of class! I was making the sign for ‘ugly.’

Here’s a picture of Andy and Lucy! Reading my yoga magazine.

Yogi Lucy.

Andy and I went on a walk.

And I taught class again.

Things have been going well. There are several fun things on the horizon, namely

- improving vocab with wordsearches and brainthinking skills with sudoku (P4/PreJSS and JSS3, respectively)

- alphabetizing and teaching how to use a dictionary in JSS2

- french knots and buttons in sewing class with P6

- tile mosaic with JSS1, if I can locate some cheapish plaster

- getting my grant for the glass bead-making project approved

- possibly starting a PEPFAR grant for an HIV/AIDS mural project

- English tutoring with one of the JSS3 students (who came to my door and was like “I want you to help me learn English.” Okay!)

And nonschoolingly

- revising the Dawn of Cooking (PC Ghana cookbook) with Peggy (and renaming it Obruni Cooking Show :])

- going to Accra for Thanksgiving at the Ambassadors house (endless food! open bar! swimming pool! huge dogs!)

- going to Accra again around Christmas to take the GRE and pick up CHRISTOPHER STONE BEST FRIEND COOLNESS at the airport!!

Things = good
